The Journey Home started with a press conference at the Bicol Medical Center. Operation Smile co-founders Dr Bill and Kathy Magee was joined by Dr. Efren Nierva of Bicol Medical Center and other OSP trustees. Naga city is a special place for Operation Smile as it gave birth to what is now a global children's medical charity group that is providing FREE reconstructive surgery to children born with cleft deformities around the world.
